OneWorld SafeDisk is a premium service plan setup to enable OneWorld Authorized Recovery Depots the ability to extended data recovery protection services to all types of hard disk media available.
OneWorld Office, in conjunction with its other mainstream services, will offer the SafeDisk Program exclusively through its network of Authorized Recovery Depots as a way for customers to proactively guard against the high cost of professional off-site data-recovery services.
With the cost of off-site data recovery services often going into the thousands and the frequency of drive failure on the rise, OneWorld is proud to be the first data recovery services provider that offers a means for the home user or business owner to ensure that in the event of a hard disk failure, an attempt at recovery can be made with the benefit of full off-site facilities at a reasonable cost.

OneWorld SafeDisk is recommended as a supplement to any in-store or online sale involving a hard drive in any configuration including system builds, replacement hard drives, external hard drives, etc.
Monthly sales incentives will also be offered at the dealer/resellers discretion. Sales incentive programs will be created in accordance with the individual resellers' business model and will be there to promote friendly competition and reward "Top-Notch" Sales Associates.
- OneWorld SafeDisk Hanger-Card
- This card can be stocked and sold on shelf, at point of sale/counter display, or individually by sales associate as a DRPP (Data Recovery Protection Plan) to supplement the sale of a new hard drive in any configuration (PC, laptop, external drive, etc.)
- The OneWorld SafeDisk Hanger Card will then be activated by the customer online at the OneWorld SafeDisk web site by the customer. Instructions on quick activation are provided on the hanger card product.
- Similarly, the hanger card can be sold as a "pre-bundled" DRPP with any hard drive-related product.
- OneWorld SafeDisk Printable License
- The license is intended to be sold as needed and offered online through the dealer/reseller portal. Printable Licensing is ideal for system builders and retailers who would like to purchase licensing "as needed." The Printable Licensing is also intended for dealers who are not set up and do not intend to display or shelf product for resale. Again, the sales associate can recommend a printable DRPP to supplement the sale of any hard drive, or hard drive related product. Similar to the hangar-card, the printable license will instruct the customer to the online activations page at the OneWorld SafeDisk web site. Instructions on quick activation are provided on the Printable License product.
Points to reinforce when recommending and selling OneWorld's SafeDisk DRPP (Data Recovery Protection Plan)
WHY CHOOSE ONEWORLD SAFEDISK
- The OneWorld SafeDisk program is a great way for any retailer or IT consultant to provide that peace of mind to their customer by offering a protection plan that provides the customer assurance that their data could be recovered if lost.
- The OneWorld SafeDisk Data Recovery Protection Plan compliments the sale of any hard drive or hard drive related product. Being in the Data Recovery businesses for over 10 years, OneWorld knows that the one main point of concern for a person or business going through a recovery is cost. If its "out of sight & out of mind," we don't give any thought as to the value of the information kept on our hard drives until it's too late.
- Much like we insure our homes, businesses, automobiles and other important possessions from the high cost of replacement through damage or theft, the data that is stored on our hard drives is thought to be safe and secure when, in actual fact, it is at risk everyday.
CUSTOMER / QUALIFYING QUESTIONS:
- How much, and what type of data will be saved on your new hard drive?
- What is your data worth, and how much will it cost to replace it if you experience a hard drive crash/failure?
- Is your data replaceable at all? Is this "one of a kind" data?
- Can you afford professional off-site data recovery services should you experience a hard drive crash/failure?
